Louisiana Boardwalk

Louisiana Boardwalk is a retail and entertainment complex located on the east bank of the Red River in Downtown Bossier City, Louisiana. At completion, The Boardwalk, has been billed as one of the largest retail complexes in the Southeast. The complex encompasses 63 acres and offers more than 430,000 square feet of prime retail space. Patrons can walk along the boardwalk from shop to shop or jump on the Magnolia Belle Trolley. Within the complex is a Regal Entertainment 14 screen theatre, 50,000 square feet of office space and a custom built carousel with animals depicting Louisiana’s unique ecosystem.

Unique retail contractor challenges of The Boardwalk project included fast-track construction scheduling, complicated EIFS exterior shaping and placement of over 300,000 concrete pavers for the road surface.
